DLC UrbanCore was founded expressly:

• To assist municipalities, community-based organizations and retailers in optimizing the operating potential of underutilized sites, the revitalization of commercial corridors and the stabilization of residential neighborhoods.

• To provide community-responsive investment and management of retail and mixed-use development projects.

• To provide owners of urban infill properties with viable exit strategies.

We shall pursue these objectives consistent with the risk mitigation and return requirements of the entrepreneurial capital of our investors and principals.
